I don’t what to frel about this. Clearly, Aria’s master warned her about this choice but she still went with it and indirectly cause the death of a hunter. And what about after this? Will she just leave her previous team and join Elgin’s group? That easily? What for? For her power growth? She hasn’t even completely organized her thoughts about what her real purpose in this new world is. Will she still keep on pursuing power just like her previous life? Ain’t she tired? I feel like she’s pursuing power aimlessly without a concrete purpose. Feels like she’s going to lose her team just like how she loadt them in the past

Unlike Charlton who seems do be down and out, Serena was acting like nothing happened. She was smiling and all happy. She even interacts with Geoffrey like she was some virginal maiden who did not commit him any sin. Did she have no conscience? Anyway, he can just shrug his shoulders. I’m really struggling to continue reading because I want to see the end. But the drama is making it soooo hard. I’m not really good with drama in the first place. With all this suffocating drama, I just want to splash cold water on all of them and slap them so hard enough to make them stagger... except Millie and Geoffrey. Atleast these two are staying true to their feelings. The rest of the characters are 🙄 especially Serena. I hope this doesn’ drag on too long.. The fact that they even let this misunderstanding drag for weeks (or is months already?) is somewhat a proof of how petty they are. Prideful nobles 😤
