I am beginning to think Adelyn was never an orphan, but was stolen from her family. I also think that Mr. Scott had something to do with it, never imagining his wife wanted to raise her.

This book has so many twist and turns that nothing would surprise me in the end. Well maybe there will be surprises that I did not think of. I just want a hapoy ending for Adelyn and I want Clara to crash and burn. The Scott's need to be punished for what they did to Adelyn as well.

I agree with you. Karl is so funny and clueless. I think at times he could be very annoying as well, but I really like his character He makes me laugh.

Charlotte just made a major mistake if she wanted any kind of relationship with Adelyn .however I think it is safe to say that relationship ended 7 years ago. Eventually the Scott family will realize what a snake Clara is. It would not surprise me if Clara set up the whole kidnapped thing 7 years ago just to try to get rid of Adelyn.
