Zeke is shady as I don’t know what! Unquestionably, he’s deep, wise, and calculating and yet, there’s a serious not so hidden ulterior motive at play. Like the other comments I too am anxious for Alex to awake FULLY. I thought for sure when the darkness retreated this time WAS that time. Yet..not so.(Nice series stretching play the author gave us) Something powerful HAS switched on though. I’m also watching Abis’ GIFTS Very closely. I’ve been having this niggling feeling her grandmother and mother weren’t “normal” humans for the longest. Looking very forward to seeing if she’s a fairy or even a lost werewolf/demon princess. THAT would be EPIC!

Agreed. Though there seems to be a rift between the two, there also seems to be a comraderie. The fact that Alex bears the exact dragon is interesting as well. How and Why did Zeke say he was an orphan? So many twists....

Not many people knew this about her but Abi actually had an exceptional sense of hearing. She had discovered when she was just a young child that she was able to hear things that other people couldn't.
