It is classified as Ninjutsu/Senjutsu. I did not say it is normal ninjutsu. Afterall, Dust release is also categorized as ninjutsu, but there have been only 2 users of it. Similarly, Gudoudama's are ninjutsu created by combining all 7 chakra natures.

The single battle has been going on for nearly 10-20 chapters. This is getting really boring even though battles should be exciting. This entire chapter was getting Kushina's help and Toshiro launching a single combination attack. There is no plot progression and the excitement is being killed slowly over the last 30-40 chapters.

Not really, Gudoudama are considered as simply Ninjutsu, Kekkei Mora is unique to Kaguya and Hagoromo.Only the Ash-Killing Bones, Kaguya's Byakugan, the Rinne-Sharingan and Hagoromo's Rinnegan are considered as Kekkei Mora.
