Skipping the chapters really hurts my heart. Who really cares about these side characters? They will just end up similar to those heroes previously where author wasted some chapters about their life background, but was just killed by Frank instantly and wasn't really essential to the story. Some women of the mc doesn't even have the pleasure of having their life background told.

So if the Trait of this newly born "quarter" Overseer(who have 99% of his power sealed) was already this overpowered and made the so-called "Half-Overseer" Frank so powerless, then this means, Frank, the so-called Half-Overseer, doesn't have a chance to beat a "pure-blood" Overseers who have lived for countless of years and have already mastery in their Trait or power. It will be too unrealistic to think that there are no other Overseers who have ABSOLUTE Traits. The appearance of this child really ruined the story. Frank have already had a bit of his Overseer power unsealed. Yet, he can't even be compared to this Quarter-Overseer. He can't even do anything. This is so pathetic for someone who declared that he will fight against those true Overseers.
