He has a ton of quirks built up, but due to the amount of biomass he uses normally, and how dense that makes him, increasing his weight. He rarely activates a quirk that isn't related to making his load lighter. It doesn't bother him at all, but property damage isn't exactly a good look for a hero. As he gets stronger, you'll see him use more quirks, but even without 'additional' quirks. He's stupid OP already.

Well, put into perspective he has no 'Upper' limit to the amount of biomass he can hold. However, increased biomass means increased density. So it is more so only limited to how much weight he can ''Offset'' without leaving footprints wherever he goes.
