As I said before, I’ve never actually played Honkai: Star Rail myself, so most of what I know comes from fanfics and discussions. Because of that, my interpretation could easily be inaccurate. For example, in one fanfic I read, the Nanook destroyed an entire galaxy. Meanwhile, in Lord of the Mysteries, when the Evernight Goddess advances to the state of Eternal Darkness, She is described as concealing a galaxy within Her authority and powers. I’m not entirely sure how that scales compared to all the Aeons, since some Aeons seem far more combat-oriented while others are more conceptual or specialized. So after thinking about it more, my current interpretation would probably be something like: Emanators < Sequence 1 < Sequence 0 < Great Old Ones ≈ Aeons (depending on the Aeon) <≈ Pillars > ordinary Great Old Ones The main reason I place Pillars above standard Great Old Ones is because the official Lord of the Mysteries lore/wiki implies that a true Pillar could defeat at least two Great Old Ones simultaneously. So in my view, Aeons and Great Old Ones are relatively comparable on a general cosmic scale, but Pillars stand at an entirely different level because of the sheer amount of Authorities, symbolism, and universal concepts they embody simultaneously.

That said, I’ve never actually played Honkai: Star Rail myself. Most of my understanding comes from fanfics and discussions I’ve read, so there’s a good chance some of my interpretation is inaccurate.

I’d describe it something like this: Sequence 0 < Great Old One < Aeon ≈ Pillar An Aeon possesses only a single Path, which in Lord of the Mysteries terms could be interpreted as its core symbolism or Authority (at least in my view). A Pillar, on the other hand, governs an entire fundamental aspect of reality and embodies multiple Authorities/symbolic domains simultaneously. Because of that, I think an Aeon would be superior when operating purely within the specialization of its own Path. However, a Pillar has far greater versatility and conceptual breadth. For example, the God Almighty possesses Authorities and symbolic domains such as Wisdom, Mind, Omniscience, Holiness, Light, Order, the Sun, Darkness, Corruption, Shadows, Mutation, and more. If He were to confront the Aeon of Erudition using only the Authority of Wisdom or knowledge alone, He might lose in that specific domain. But if He combines Wisdom, Mind, Omniscience, Light, Order, Corruption, and His broader conceptual Authorities together, I think the Pillar would ultimately come out on top.
