Implanting an Anima Orb is simple, if you press it against the bare skin of a person who had his or her original Anima extracted, their body will automatically absorb the new orb into itself. Of course, even if the subject survives all of it, there is every chance that they will not be any stronger than the were before, so this project is admittedly rather...wishful.
