Rachel Tetley rated it it was amazing I loved this book. The settings are so vividly painted and the characters are likeable and believable, whipping you away you on a fantastical and dangerous adventure in a hostile world. This is one of the most unique and imaginative stories I have read in a very long time and I can imagine that whilst it is clearly well within the fantasy genre, it is so accessible and entertaining that it would appeal to a wide audience. I especially loved the idea of the sword! I recommend this book highly.
