can't they run a DNA test on nick now ?

1. why isn't nick being charged with assault? 2. why are they in the same hospital ? don't they realize that if he could harm elianna once he'll do it again ? they should at least place bodyguards at his or her door. 3. Elianna should be getting straight into the heart of the matter from the beginning when Damon arrived. Nick is a possible illegitimate child and targeting her and Nicole for Ariel and the baby. It's Damon's mess so he should be the one to handle it and stop causing her endless harm.

it's not fair that Damon gets everything handed to him without any effort. Including soothing the twins when Jones have been there since day 1. and it's so frustrating that everything can be explained away that it was Leo. why did damon even bother to show up and "explain". it was a worthless explanation that won't result in any consequences and just make Damon feel better about himself. But, it didn't help that Elianna is once again getting the brunt end of the stick and all the troubles. her gate is broken bc of that mishap.

at one point she said that Damon wouldn't be a good father and now suddenly he would be a good father? elianna stop wavering. just because someone shares DNA doesn't make them father material. with his track record and Catherine's involvement it would only cause her twins to be schemed and plotted against.

literally elianna should file a restraining order. Catherine keeps showing up at her show and causing drama and now even calling the cops. Damon should have realized that by handing Leo off to her crazy Catherine would show up .if elianna was actually taken by the police then her kids would be left alone with the nanny. now, this is affecting her kids life. Damon owes her big time. file the restraining order and give Damon the riot act
