That would make sense. Though I will say that after looking at the type moon wiki all the servants that possess EX rank mana seem to be major gods, demons, beast, or just an outlier with extenuating circumstances like possessing true magic in Aoko Aouzakis case. Those with A rank mana typically are Demi gods, some sort a phantasmal bloodline(Dragon core, Fae, etc..) again with some outliers like Saints like Martha and Jeanne, famous magus, and or connected to some sort of entity like Prelati with eldrich horrors from beyond. So I can see and even agree with an argument for EX rank, but maybe something like A or A+ or even A++ would work better?
