author the only character we have seen actual development with so far is the police woman. the MC has not changed, Luna is the equivalent of brainwashed (can't decrease affection points), and the sister is just plain dumb. if she hasn't caught onto the change in the MCs attitude and behavior patterns from before to now she can't be a real person. if the MC was a simp and now is suddenly aloof I mean that is a very big change and easily noticed. author if you claim MC had been hiding it then I only have one thing to ask..where? where in your storytelling has the MC actually hidden their change from previous life to current life?

honest is not the word you are looking for. after all only some situations can casue a negative feedback. like saying "we are low of rations and now need to reduce further ration use for non-essential personnel" that could cause a mutiny. telling someone that "some fruits or vegetables can cure scurvy" will not cause any issues. honesty is generally going to cause less issues than lies.
