Writer I love this book but the story line is so inconsistent because I don't understand how vampires will disappear over the years and nobody ever bother to look for them

I don't understand. I thought Quinn is not supposed to show his vampire powers to humans. becoming part of the big three will do that and the vampire leaders will come after him. Paul's sacrifice will be for nothing

But why? I was hoping that someone like Freddy will stick around to see what Quinn and the others can do because he saw something great in them. Anyway, he died a happy man knowing he saved someone's life. Rest in peace Freddy

Yes I agree. I thought Paul is supposed to be loyal to his creator/master no matter what as a vampire. Am a bit confused about Paul attitude

Yes I totally agree with you. They can locate each and every student movement. so it will not make sense to take on a dead student's identity. Besides, when someone go through the portal they can always tell.
