I like this contrast that g3 is showing. Really putting their power into perspective. Up until now the dream realm has been dangerous and perilous with different monsters around every corner. But now it is just a nice getaway. Almost like a relaxing beach lol.

Making a character mad or insane is hard in books. Movies do it well because of the visual aspect. Books on the other hand is incredibly difficult to get right. I love the trope but the only time I really was sold on it was in “The Yellow Wall Paper” by Charlotte Gilman.
The pressure of the Call was already enough to drive a person insane. Adding the curse of the Sin of Solace to this burden was not for the weak of heart. - Tj_Proctor1yrCommented
