The weapons hall was away from the main school building and off to the side in its own separate building. It was a single large one-room building that had an Asian palace feeling to it. My bad, what I meant to say was that the paragraph was most likely referring to the people in the government with powers, but then again this story is extremely poorly written so I wouldn´t fault the author for not double-checking what he wrote
