It has not “been confirmed” that she has slept with lots of people, we only have accounts from others stating that they think she has. I’m not saying she isn’t a bop ur completely correct on that account.

And that's a good question. I don't remember if Loki familia training is ever shown, but common sense would dictate that by joining one of the best familia's, you'd have access to more resources than you would otherwise. Yah same with shouts but even more busted. Pretty sure lore wise the last Dragonborn with shouts is able to destroy mountains with a shout hard to put that in a game obviously

It’s basically parents or a married couple that agree to foster a child in their home. The movies do depict how it works but most of these people aren’t abusers. They are required to go through background checks in order to foster the child as well to reduce the risk of abusers getting the foster child.
