I just imagined a creation process simply using the two magics that God has mastered. All discovered by Kiyotaka who made many experiments with Azazel on weapons and objects. (It's much simplified, I know ;) )

From what I've seen from a fandom on Kiyotaka (and I'm not saying it's 100% true) it's more in the anime that he's 'emotionless' and that he manipulates a lot more others. In the novel, Kiyotaka changes a lot from what he seems.

thank you for the comment bro, I will answer you quickly, 1: I did not want him to spend a whole chapter in his life having to find money; 2: The phone is more expensive than a hotel room (Normally) the receptionist takes it as a pledge, as if you left something precious you will necessarily come back. 3: Kiyotaka looks like a student which is a bit easier to trust him, he is well dressed and looks good. But remember the 1 is the most important x) (P.s ; It was dark and Kiyotaka was in his thoughts thinking about what happened in a day.
