I agree. I think it's what he used or uses it on. If they themselves where the ablity Sil wouldn't of needed to use some of the black ball/egg things to make the ablity work, he would of just made his own egg things.
Then there was also the group of three people who Sam had introduced. The first person was Chucky, whose ability hadn't been high levelled originally, but after the mission of looking after Sil he had been well compensated. Seems he was real mad they didn't like his and Vincent's work on replacing the food supply so now he wants to get ride of all humans so they need that replacement. agree its a bit weak but with vampire age and diff society upbringing not to crazy for it too be all he needed to do this
