Kirei's backstory is pretty sadHe loves watching people suffer and he marries a sick dying women, (he enjoys watching her slowly die) and one day they have a daughter, and he doesn't feel any joy when he sees her suffer,l. And kills herself right there and he starts crying and she say "your tears are proof" but he's actually crying because he wishes that he could have killed her with his own hands and realized how messed up he is and sends his daughter to live with the church and then the 4th grail war happens
