i can confirm a black sandyghast is infact the shiny form of sandyghast
Checking the dex, there are no known ways to tell if a Sandygast is shiny, they take whatever sand is available at the beach they live on. So it's similar to my Phantump. Furthermore this specimen is nearly evolved to it's Palossand form. - Misfortune_2yrCommentedCh 48 Party Crashing

He went to Deino and gave him praise but also criticism on how he could do better. But he always said something positive at the end and generally used more praise than criticism to give Deino a positive experience overall.
