Mahoraga prolly did this to speed up the merging of the mc soul and body since to him what better way to defeat this enemy than having his master at his full power since the main reason he was losing was that his physically body and soul isn’t fully merged and fixing that and bring him to his peak is prolly the fast and most direct way to beat battle beast since what doesn’t kill u makes u stronger with his adaptation

How is he naive?

U could make the mc give Aeolus test or a trail to truly become a Olympian like Hercules, to totally convince all the gods that he deserves Zeus spot so they won’t be any or at Least not as many people mad that he gets Zeus spot instead of one of the other gods

Pretty good first chapter it gives a good amount of background for the Mc to build off so any of his future knowledge and abilities won’t seem like there pulled form out his ass
