Indeed, considering he only ever craved for their love, which he never got and finally when he showed them something they might become proud of and love him he got slapped by the father when he should have taught him in the first place, and then again slapped by Naoko( of course because of worry) but did she have the right to when it is because of them he was neglected and not taught anything and was basically forgotten. He self taught himself yet gets beaten for showing his genius, from his own family.

Many people have reasons to hate Xiao Yan because although he has a good heart he has molested Xuner and has raped Cai lin, but still Tang San is more hateful being a hypocrite, pedophile, trash, someone who uses hidden weapons on others for the slightest problems, sympathizes with scum like Dai Mubai, gets money from Spirit Hall yet vows to destroy it because his mother died because of them(why can't he just kill whoever was involved be done with it, he just has to destroy Spirit Hall). Shura Tang San- Says it's against the rules to interfere with the mortal world, yet is the one who breaks the rules the most. There are too many bad deeds done by him that it would take a long time to list them.
