"You deserve it." The goddess said. Now she turned to the God, "And you, will never earn my respect again. You're one of the worst in our Domain, and I will forever hate you for doing this act in my temple."

See this! This is what i mean. I think you're the entitled one here who's being extremely rude feeling 'oh well, I can say sht whenever I want' because you're hiding behind your anonymity on the web. If u didn't get my point, you were being insensitive. Power of the net. Power of the media. It makes people entitled to their opinions, disregarding web etiquette and just being plain-ass rude. Remember, I am not a bot.

I mentioned it before somewhere. This work is hugely influenced by the PJO series. Heck, even Riordan earned the ire of many because of his views and some myth inconsistencies. But the fact that the fandom still likes it is what makes it worth being an inspiration to many other myth enthusiasts (and writers) like me.

She stared and stared at the text, as if her staring can do anything to reveal the code's message. The longer she stared, the more the code shouts inside her mind, saying, 'Figure me out! You know this!'

Hmm I appreciate the review. I respect it but it doesn't mean I like it. Respect, I'll give u that, coz that word seems foreign to you. It seems you don't know that concept. You can diss this if you want, but stop being needlessly rude and toxic. You can keep your cussing to yourself dammit. Criticize with careful thought. I read all your rude comments, and what I can say is that its as if you're doing it for clout. You want people to agree with you or something? Nah, so tasteless bruh. Also, there's a thing called character development. All these are bound to come to a conclusion. They're doing it for a reason, and I'm not spoiling you that. For a change, try writing too. See if its easy. See if u can go on and not lose your passion due to someone else's mentality. You know, that's why some people just stop doing what they started. You are a bane of this site. If you're out, good riddance. Just a food for thought, respect goes a long way.

lmao I don't know if you've read the next chapter but I explained it there why they reacted like that. I know about drachmas, of course, but historically speaking, they weren't a thing yet in the beginning of Time. Barter was the first mode of exchange in commerce. The drachma system was invented in 6th century BC and the setting here is still around 1600 BC lol

Of course i know the drachma system exists. However, historically speaking, Greek coins were invented in the 6th century BC. In the beginning of Time, coins weren't a thing yet. That's the context behind this 'shocked' reaction.

no, that would be the story of Daphne

When she became a full-fledged immortal Huntress of the Moon after her near-death experience with the only man she's ever been close with, she had more liberty to roam around the woods to appreciate more the beauty of the wild. In one of her travels, she met the kindest and most beautiful nymph she's ever known. That nymph later on became her best friend. Her name was Echo.

    They used to haha

The Games became a political tool used by many Greek city-states to assert dominance over their rivals. Politicians would announce their alliances during the games, and in times of war, priests would offer sacrifices to the gods for victory. The Games were also used to help spread Hellenistic culture throughout the Mediterranean. The ancient Olympics only had very few events compared to modern-day Olympics, and before, only Greek men were allowed to participate.

But I don't like damsels in distress either. Anyway, not everyone like everyone in a story. To each his own.

"That makes you a double-edged sword, Julius." Sayo commented. "I also believe we'll encounter lots of trouble along the way, like the prophecy says. We should keep an eye on you and do everything we can to prevent you from doing something as foolish as reviving Cronus – I read before that he's really nasty. And you, destroying the world? Don't make me laugh." She fanned herself. "Not on my watch, loser."
