I have a bad feeling about this ancient demon. He was locked up for a reason! I'm so team Zarin. That boy loooves her and won't admit it... I hope! lol

A really nice read. I think that for the authors age, she's very talented and I love the main characters love story and I think the author is wonderful at describing the characters feelings in the book. However, I do think the chapters are a little redundant. I think there needs to be more conflict. Not necessarily between the main characters but just more obstacles for them to overcome in the plot. Every single chapter is about how much they love each other and that's amazing but it needs a little more conflict and passion and something to get my anxiety going.

I just finished chapter 13 as well. has the author updated anywhere when the next chapters will be out?

I love these books! they are so good and I love the characters development throughout. Lucian and Hazels relationship is lovely and I love that it keeps you guessing. I am currently reading book 3, The Devil in Her Dreams and I'm already captivated and just on chapter 3!
