Him doing any sort of character development doesn't really work if you have fiat backed cheats that fix his brain it just doesn't really work transcendent self should have fixed any and flaws while that doesn't make him perfect he shouldn't be so wishy washy about his own abilities.

Don't know why ludwig is treating him so well you'd think there would be actual consequences for breaking his rules but here hiruzen is completely untouched after busting up the place and trying to kidnap his employees. He even has the audacity to make demands from lud and he just accepts it? This isn't the kind of situation you just scold someone for and tell them not to do it or else. Ludwig has captured the ruler of foreign military force after they attempted enemy action in his turf. He should have either killed them or bled them for reparations not just a dont hurt kushina and were good. It'd be one thing if they were equal in power or hiruzen had a stronger backing that would make this wet noodle reaction make at least a little sense but as far as it has been shown ludwig could solo the hidden leaf village there is zero need for him to tip toe and placate hiruzen. Its giving the message that you can just spit in the face of his rules with no real consequences

The nearly dieing of cancer after every fight is getting super annoying. He should have a good enough healing factor at this point to have no selled the fight without all this rigamarole. The blood infusion is super dumb what is a little blood going to do with what they think is super cancer? Even if it did help, todoroki would have been enough dabi's not actively hemorrhaging large amounts of blood and after a couple of hours if he didn'thave enough blood he would have died. Even if he did need some just todoroki would have been fine this just feels like the laziest way to force a reveal in the most unsatisfactory way possible

Well that officially confirms calamity crossover. The constant procrastination on actually figuring out what's going on with the npcs is starting to get a bit annoying though. I know its the point with what you're going for here but its frustrating none the less.
