he's trying to go for the whole "it's disrespectful for someone who's starting out as an adventurer to go to the very top from the start." but when he doesn't realize that you have to have started from something in order to even achieve such a thing, hence the tests and adventuring doesn't start there either, some may just train on their own first then come and join later when they are super strong.

well.... seeing as how Ater treats the system, I think the overlooking factor everyone is missing is the Ancient Magik, which would lead to Ater being more stronger than Adrien. while yes, Adrien has skill create, that skill does not protect his skills the same way Doppel does. 🗿 and haven't you learned Regression and how it functions? that "ancient Magik" isn't bounded to the system, hence the garbled up name, thus no limits on how it functions either. if I'm not mistaken, this Magik used to be something like raw power, and in order to use that raw power, you funneled that power into arts, like martial arts or specific passages in the body that allow such a thing, though this is just speculation on my part.

I have a feeling that the cap is A tier and not S tier, and the Dragons are just from a different universe entirely, thus them being able to be super strong.
