I have check this, this novel doesn't actually count as copy right infringement. Elderscrolls and Fallout fall under a sort of blind spot, unfortunately, even using the similar characters and all that. For my story to actually be copyright infringement it would need to be taken to court and debated about due to the specific details on how stories based on games work. You can make a novel about risk of rain or darkest dungeon and it would have the same problem. It is a serious problem in gaming copy right laws and i think it should be solved.
