I got the same numbers. Also it is a total odds of 0.01057% or 1 in 10,000 odds to survive all 13 revives without anihilation. Although if you manage to get to that 13th draw that particular draw is actually a 10% chance to live (i.e. 4 cards let you live out of a deck of 40 cards) so each card draw isnt awful its just the repeated hits of low ods of survival compound to be scary.
