No, cyclical. No matter which direction you take there is often a ‘worse’ or ‘better’ path to take, and because those two things can be relative, you almost always find yourself in a repeated state. Always stating that things could be better or worse depending on which point you are currently standing.

This train of thought is very cyclical. Yes, it could have been worse, it also could have and still could be better. Just because something could have been worse in the present doesn’t mean we can’t criticize current state and take measures to improve future state.

Ah, it’s little things that have been stated throughout the novel. I can go back and find the examples if you really want 😂 right now it my leading theory, especially because of the way the word weaver is tied to fate and spell in the English language in general

Neither, I believe they are referring to Weaver who created the Spell. Thus, because she is here due to the spell, she is one of Weaver’s… at least that’s my interpretation

One thing I dislike about Cassie is her compulsion to make assumptions to her visions. I think it adds unnecessary drama to the situation. She assumes they die, without knowing everything. That’s really dangerous with visions; she should simply state observations in my opinion. It would give a lot less headaches all around.
And lastly, there was the ominous prediction that Cassie had made about both of them dying sometime in winter. Or falling into the Sky Below, at least. That… he didn't even know what to think about that. However, Sunny was not going to let this vision affect his decisions. The last time he had tried to act on the knowledge received through Cassie's prophetic gift did not end well for him… or anyone, for that matter. - Caelirean1yrReplied to Fiaran
A lot of religious communities and cults also use Sister or Brother in the US. A main example being the Church of Latter Day Saints (a.k.a. Mormons). It’s a matter of differences in culture as well, as it is more used to bond with people in your community/ church by using familial terms.
