I REALLY, REALLY dearly hope that after he got this op sword for free out of nowhere, exactly when he needed it, he gets a really punishing fight, one where he actually has to risk something other than light injuries, this is getting ridiculous, if there continue to be another sea of training montages I might drop it for a while,and come back to it later, this is one of the best Naruto novels I gave ever read but it is testing my patience to wait for good fights, or anything at all to happen, I get it he is cautious but the last fight with Kakuzu was barely a fight and now without any planning at all he gets this op sword that Amegakure just gave to this random jonin to roam around with so it can be stolen? Really?? Near Konoha too just so that the one who are most likely to recognize it can get to you and kill you fast? That is very farfetched

I wouldn't want to be enemies with Eiro, he's terrifyingly smart and cautious, but most of all ruthless, he's building himself body and soul into a weapon and at the end he will put a kill switch into the "weapon" , I am not sure that can even be called being ruthless anymore, that's a level above

Isn't that a bit much, a level 5 could have killed him easily shouldn't he fight a bit more one on one to level? I hope he doesn't continue to act like this or the author will have to put him in super heavy plot armor to make him survive
