As for Kabuto he probably used the improved version that Orochimaru improved over the 2 years after using it in Konoha. For evidence it’s pretty obvious looking at Orochimaru summoning the 4 hokage right after resurrecting without any time to improve. What Kabuto meant was probably using a white zetsu as the sacrifice which Orochimaru also did. I doubt just a seal would be enough to reanimate someone the strength should be related to the body used, seal probably control and understanding of soul to successfully summon from the pure land I guess. Though looking at the seals it should be a jutsu or special sealing technique like the reaper death seal since they require special hand signs.

I feel like this would work though it’s still not advisable and would make the class accustomed to taking shortcuts or cheating instead of growing especially in this kind of academic skill test.
Thinking of a zero-score strategy? A collective failure? The school would deduct class points for poor performance. A few students scoring zero might be acceptable, but the school does not permit such cheating behavior from the entire class. - Breeze_17hCommented

I thought Ayanakouji would’ve noticed her being sick and didn’t Lelouch see her knocked out. It’s still not worth taking the risk against class E. And this could’ve been countered by sending someone to watch the ship since to drop out they need to return there as well as elect a new leader and if there something abnormal like a person carrying horikita on their back the situation is pretty obvious.
