Isn't the MC being dumb? He literally should go to a normal school instead of being unreasonable. School shouldn't keep a manaless person at the magic academy and is occupying a seat where an actual mage should be seated, he is just wasting space man. I am not justifying him being bullied, but he is wasting his life and spoiling someone else's opportunity.
A lot of students from the magical academy passed by and witnessed what Han and his friends were doing but they just ignored it because no one in the school cared about Harry, they all felt that since he doesn't have an affinity or mana core foundation; he should have gone to a normal school rather than the magical academy but he didn't. He still decided to stay in the academy rather than leave so what was on their mind was 'he decided to stay so he should deal with the consequences'.
