I believe that it is Jim’s plan to turn all of the world leaders and stronger ability users. I don’t think the plan is to kill any of them.

I think that’s an excellent idea. He should actually have everyone checked! Not by Quinn personally but by particular members of the Cursed faction.

I believe his intention was to start the process of turning Owen into a vampire. A higher up vampire, Jim or Eno, would have to finish the process.

I totally agree. Jim needs to be in a vampire prison and Quin needs to use the Shadow Eater in him!

I believe that Oscar freezing the vampire and breaking off his arm during the attack interrupted the process.

If Quinn turns Owen then Owen will lose his ability. Owen needs to be able to use the lightening ability because his is the strongest.
