Everything in the Nasuverse has a situational effect, and the MEoDP is one of them. First of all, they can only kill concepts that originate from Earth, so thing like Types can't be killed. Immortals also can't be killed. To further go into the god thing that the translator brought up a user of the MEoDP can theoretically kill a god in a perfect situation such as the god allowing it to happen but in most cases that's not happening, this can also be said about seevangs. The MEoDP really depends on the user's perception of "death," and Shirou was involved in the Fuyuki Fire, so we're going to have to see how that plays out. Speed is also another factor. If the user of the MEoDP can't see the target, then they can't see the lines. Spamming the eyes isn't an option unless you have an ability similar to Ryougi's "Void," which allows her to basically understand everything. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is that the MEoDP is an amazing ability, but it's also situational. For example, if a user of the MEoDP were to get in a fight with the Herrscher of Reason, they could die with the Herrsearch surviving. The Herrscher can keep creating things to block itself from the MEoDP, and if the user of the MEoDP keeps attacking they will die death, now in this situation tracing can come up, tracing can be used as a counter measure that can destroy multiple of the Herrscher copies things so that's why I believe the MEoDP and "Tracing" goes well together.

As the translator said this is a good Chinese fanfic. The first few chapters really shows the MC's mentality and how it changes through out the story. If you're looking for an instant "chad" mc then this is not for you as characters actually have emotional ups and downs. They're not characters that stay the same throughout the entire story unlike most webnovel fanfic these days where the author self-inserts themselves into the story.The world background is also great as things gets built up in a smooth paste, well it's expected as this is a cross-over of Honkai and the Nasuverse. The only thing I'm complaining about is the quality of writing as some things were hard to understand if you don't reread multiple times. Overall a 4.8/5
