I think Second True Magic should be Rank A, it only allows you to travel between worlds, seen in the past but not completely in the future, only a few glimpses otherwise the seen future will become reality, allowing you to pull infinite energy from all possible parallel worlds. But it still falls short in front of Concepts like Space And Time that are fully capable of erasing Crimson Moon, by trapping it in an infinite time loop, sending it to the end of time where it will be destroyed by the time itself, or by any other way. And since using The Second True Magic, Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg was only able to seal Crimson Moon for a fixed amount of time, and not able completely erase its existence, still not able to find a to do so even after possessing it for more than a century. Thus I consider it a Rank A skill, and the same goes for the other four True magic, as they fall short in front of Evan's Rank EX skills like Windom Lord Raphael & All-Omni-Powers skill - the latter one when it is completely unsealed.
