You’re only saying that because you didn’t read the raws, the amount of Chinese nonsense in there would make you understand why I wrote that above. Hell, I even let something slide in chapter 17 when the Chinese MC blamed the United States for the zombie apocalypse (yeah, according to him there was a 99% chance it was the US in High School of the Dead). Not only that, but around chapter 22 or 23... I don’t remember exactly because I stopped around the beginning of the Bofuri dungeon in raws, I just couldn’t keep going. Guess who shows up? Trump. And even more nonsense gets thrown around after that. Selena, who’s way more “presentable” in this version of the book, looks like a little kid in the raws who gets mad at anything the protagonist says. And not just that… she straight up shows interest in that, with such a garbage dialogue that I honestly couldn’t believe a normal human being wrote it, an AI could’ve done better, just so you get the idea. There really are a lot of “Chinese-style” elements in the book, mainly from chapter 1 up to like… 17 or 19. But after that, I could actually see the difference between what the author did in the edited version vs the raw. I don’t know if you stopped reading at the beginning as this did, but trust me… it gets better over time, at least that’s how it felt to me. Even the MC’s relationship with Saeko is written better here. In the raws there wasn’t even a kiss scene or any of those lets say “cute” dialogues they had in this version of the book. In the raw, she somehow sees the MC like a god and herself as just a devoted servant who has to accept everything he does, confirming what the author had said (yeah, I read exactly what the author wrote). But this review honestly caught me off guard, the guy clearly read it with his ass when said this about resident evil or the month MC pass in the world.

I never thought I’d see such a shitty, illogical critique like yours. Even worse, it has 3 likes… are people reading this with their asses or what? Don’t listen to this guy, it’s a good book to read. Also, I didn’t see anything “Chinese” in this book like you said… the translator/author has done a pretty good job removing all of that. If you’re reading this, author, don’t let critiques like this get to you. It’s hard to find someone who actually translates and tries to change the story to make it better. Keep up the good work.

I checked out some of the author’s other stories, and unfortunately, every single one related to GOT has Yuri in it. The story itself is good, but I just want to give a heads-up to new readers that there’s a good chance this one will have Yuri too. I had already read one of his before (didn’t even remember at first) where the MC was Joffrey, and unfortunately the women around him slept with other women, even when he wasn’t around. So yeah, fair warning: if you’re not into Yuri, you might want to skip this. Personally, I don’t like it either so I'll drop, but I’ll still keep my 5 stars. At the end of the day it’s just a matter of taste, and the story itself is solid 👍🏻

Really? Fuck, I was enjoying the author's new story, now I'm apprehensive

Hell of a good story, the author’s been doing a great job, but… I stopped at chapter 35 for now. I fear for my mental health if the author pulls something crazy with Lyanne (I’ve already been traumatized by other authors before). That’s why I’ll let the story unfold for a while and come back to check the reviews later. If it goes off track from what was promised, I’ll just drop it for good. But it’s a really good story, I recommend it 👍🏻
