While its true that they need to push themselves to get stronger, its also true that they need to think about their faction. If there comes a day when they need to complete a certain mission but they’re not strong enough, are they going yo insist on trying anyway “to push themselves to the limit” instead of asking for help, and risk failing their faction? If this was a dynamic where its just a group of friends that each want to get stronger, then sure, but shun is laying the foundation to his future faction and I feel like they should think about that for a bit
