I enjoyed this a lot the the first 50 chapters, but then Chinese Wuxia cliches came along and… I just had to drop it. Hina and Verdan are really annoying, and MC himself not being ranked highly even when he can contend with Kaido even for a while. Better yet, he fought and killed Sleeping King Kong even when Admirals supposedly couldn’t. And he was given a rank below X Drake?

trees and forest used twice in the same sentence. Maybe try using like “thick and sturdy statues” for a bit of imagery? U can ignore if you want to, just recommending :)
A shadow rushed between two Forbidden Forest trees, cruising through the forest, zig-zagging among the trees.
