But she should've known better, for he relentlessly and shamelessly pushed on with, "I'm her sweetheart! We survived the last expedition together with the power of love! She only tried to fulfill his last wish…they simply used each other to forget that they were about to die at that very moment. …Only they didn't die in the end. After taking his sweet time strolling around in the tribe's market, Kaiser found himself standing before a sumptuous, two-story wooden hut, and he wasted no time to knock on the door, elated. "Colleen, my dear!" he shamelessly called. "Open the door! Here comes your future hubby!" - Nocturnal_Dreamer2yrCommentedWith each step Kaiser took through the bustling roads of his home territory, he didn't notice how children fled from him in all directions, not daring to take a step close. He was laughing out loud with no one but himself, twitching here and there as if he were having a seizure of some sort, a wild look on his face. He always walked in this direction, but others have not seen him so disturbingly delighted before, the freaky atmosphere about him leaving children playing outdoors frightened if not traumatized.

But Kingsley simply couldn't get used to it. The chief may have been a good warrior back in his days, but the past was in the past. Wooosh! I didn't expect that bumpy ride or rollercoaster of emotions. The first chapter and the thing about the marriage caught me off guard! I just felt like giving a review while resting hehehe. Unlike most stories, the author smartly didn't focus on unnecessary details. Idk if it's just me but sometimes too much explanation about how things look is ruining the reading immersion. I know this is a common psychological romance novel but I'm seeing a lot of non-cliche things from this novel. The intriguing and intensely emotional 1st chapter will definitely pull you in. I like that there are no rape scenes here despite the story being dark. Keep it balanced author. I like how you played in the middle, not too dark but not too childish romance story as well. I am not aware of what kind of brain damage the MC has or whether that's real but it certainly showed its importance to the story right off the bat. But what I like the most is the author's visible talent when it comes to showing the characters' emotions. That's hard without actually saying it but the author made it look easy. Her vocabulary is nice too, I learned a few words here. The reading immersion is smooth. The transitions of points of view are smooth as well. There are few funky grammars sometimes but it's negligible and it wouldn't disrupt the reading immersion. I could imagine how many times the author proofread and edited the chapters to make them presentable and enjoyable. The author executed everything well but of course, no one is perfect. Kudos! Overall, it's a great read. It's worth a try reading this! Give it a chance! You will not regret it! I hope I provided a good review without spoiling everything hehehehe. Finally a good action story with an admirable female lead!!! A DEEP WORLDBUILDING TO A STORY THAT FULL OF DIFFERENT DRAGONS IS THRILLING!!!!! First of all, the characters and world are excellently developed and established early on. The story will definitely pull you in. The intriguing, emotional start will definitely make you invest in Blaze (Nice name for a woman btw!!!). This is what I am looking for in fantasy novels, the realistic feeling that will make you connect with the characters and relate to their real struggles. The MC will take a path of revenge because of the tragic event in the first chapter, her objective is clear early on. I like revenge story so we'll see if this will not disappoint. But what I like the most here aside from the worldbuilding is the other elements that made me keep reading, the snippets of R18 comedies, the intense and detailed martial arts fights, and the dragons. Other complex elements are not thoroughly elaborated yet like the other factions but that's because there are less than 30 chapters by the time I made this review. But I am looking forward to knowing more about this astonishing story. The reading immersion is smooth too. The transitions of points of view are smooth as well. I could imagine how many times the author proofread and edited the chapters to make them presentable and enjoyable like what she/he said in the synopsis or maybe it's easy to understand because the author is a native English speaker. This dragon-slayers in a dragon world story absolutely deserves a try!!! The author executed everything well and the story has the potential to be one of the tops here. Kudos! Overall, it's a great read. It's worth a try reading this! Give it a chance! You will not regret it! I hope I provided a good review without spoiling everything hehehehe. And so, the parents showed their children around. They began trying every ride that was for young children to enjoy. The last ride they took was the Ferris wheel. While they were inside the carriage, the fireworks display began and it shortly filled the sky with colors. The sparklers were like flowers in the sky that mesmerized the kids. Every child loved shimmering things.
