From my books knowledge it's becuase earth has neutral energy. the earth we live in right now is habitual becuase it dosnt have any extreme climates as it's more balanced for life. I'm guessing planets with extreme climate like a volcanic planet or frozen planer would have more mana as... yeah. but those planets would lean toward 1 element. if there's a hot planet then it would be rich in the fire element and so on.... I'm guessing
