Or they're just ninjas with better anatomy. Rock Lee is able to fight just as long and as much as the high tiers and hes essentially Toji with a heavenly restriction. Not to mention Kakashi taking forever to heal smaller wounds and Sakura taking forever to even learn basic healing jutsu.

Just having chakra doesn't passively Regen you last I remember that's only the case for the Bijuu chakra

Only if they were connected soul wise to the MC or the character. Duel monsters emphasis connection with your cards so I like to imagine some of the cards appearing out of nowhere is more like a pokemon evolution but besides that cards do get created and archetypes do get started by actual companies and creators

Simple. Yugi has almost never used those type of cards in very public spaces there's only a small handful of times he has. Most the times we see them used it in a space with very few watchers
