I think Logan is capable to make the device with such precautions to make if difficult to jam the signal. as well, the device will be unknown. Immortui wasn't aware that it was Quinn that was helping Jessica. just some no name vampire recruits that had more strength than expected. so a tracker of any nature is unexpected, much less one with Logan Greens personal touch.

I don't think they know who thier "new boss" is. he doesn't hold a direct position over them. sure, you know your direct supervisor and the manager over him, you probably heard of the vice president and president/CEO's name but probably never met them. but we're not talking about any of that, we're talking about a share holder. and sure, combined Gary's share and the howlers share make up majority interest. since Gary also leader of the howlers he has more power than the actual CEO. but most people don't know thier company shareholders and very few knows Gary Dem is the leader of the Howlers and has actually double dipped into the company.

I agree. is a learning curve too. I mean if you don't know how to train a weaker person to be strong, then how can that be your focus? without the unique knowledge Quinn has it would neglect the strong preventing them from having good fighters during the war. I suppose a big part of this systems development was because pure keeping Chi secret like they did. the military were unable to focus thier training the way Quinn did for that tournament

so they all met.. probably at same time to some extent.. after all Logan piloted the ship to rescue Quinn from inner planet where Quinn was undergoing training with Chris. so why would Logan reference them meeting now as if it hasn't happened yet (to his knowledge). and further, I truly doubt Logan researched the spectators of his matches (probably just saw names associated with the accounts of his opponents), especially the big popular matches with many spectators with martial arts God. and even if he did, and he recognized Chris's account, and even if he knew Chris's internal monolog about looking for a powerful chi user, what does that have anything to do with the current? because Quinn would recognize Chris and I'm sure it be noted in his own internal monolog. also pure is not a part of the school, so even though young people of pure could potentially attend, the higher ups aren't invited.
