No, to be a paddy you need to be 3-stage evolution, in the slow exp group, and have a base stat total of 600. Volcarona only has 2 stages, and it’s bst is below 600.

Oh, my bad. As for ideas, I would love to see a reincarnation as a universe 6 saiyan. From what I’ve seen and read, they have stronger base forms than universe 7 saiyans, but they don’t have access to the oozaru, and thus super saiyan 4.

I’m for option 2. The Izuku and Bakugo stuff felt pretty weird. especially (as you pointed out that) since Bakugo was the reason for Izuku’s death. Also, I really would like to see a single female lead MHA story.
