There are so many Web Novels out there everything is repeated. You'd probably complain if he had good talent to

maybe a long lost relative of the queen and meera was adopted by her parents and that's why they treated her so badly

maybe they dont have a hint of realism because they are fiction anyway everyone knows about the butterfly effect but if the author included that they probably wouldn't be able to do half the stuff in the story
