Does she not know about sneazle/weavile? It's dark and ice type, why waste time raising another eevee into a glaceon if she just wants a dark type to beat her sister. Glailie is also ice/dark type iirc, why does she want to evolve eevee into umbreon? There's better options. Rushing to raise a dark type so soon deserves her wasted start
