Also, Excalibur isn't weakened unless it's to protect the world, that's not true unless you're talking about Proto-Excalibur which is indeed sealed. Excalibur just has a very high level of potential. If used just as a Noble Phantasm, then it'll depend on the mana pumped in by Artoria, but it gets stronger the more mana is pumped in, as well as the more strength is needed to defeat a being that threatens the planet. Its name of being the Sword of Promised Victory is right, you literally cannot lose in a straight up fight, aka why Artoria died due to being backstabbed. If the system does give him a Sacred Gear like this, it's better than a longinus due to him having more then enough strength to protect himself
