He can have two merged and get the full power but he gets exponential less from any more. If I remember correctly.
Mostly, he wants to get to level 200 before getting involved in any sort of power games. It's the low end of the standard for the region and Cain expects they will find many more second advancement transfers here. According to the old man in the mansion ruins, I'm already a Rank 4 Mortal. That means, even the bonus stats were counted in determining one's rank. But how do they calculate it though? He didn't detail it enough.
