This is not true. People on average grow rapidly until 16ish, which is when it generally starts to taper off. Most are still growing very slowly around age 18, and will generally keep the height they have at 19-20ish.

How is this supposed to work? He sees a liquid in a container and just instantly assumes that it (correctly) is this super soldier serum from a cartoon? It's like no thought was put behind this at all.
