Some charecteristics from desolate era.

A good start

A good novel.' Finally a new turn to the generic eastern fantasy. The best experience is the fact that the enemy never lost a single battle. He either wins it or runs away, never lost one. Another reason I connected with the novel is the fact that he managed to come up with cases where the Mc overpowers the enemy with his cunningness, and hence a true sad scene never came into existence. At first I thought that the author was writing it in a way positive situation,. Yet when you finally read it, you understand how the Mc logically reached that place\, and hence there are no virtual loopholes. It just makes sense.
