As they both left the inn, Evie looked back and saw the old human couple step out as well to send them off. Evie waved at the human couple before she entered the carriage, wondering if they would be the last humans she would see on this journey. But then she remembered that the vampires agreed to give her human servants because the vampires had many human slaves in their land. Facts! I can see how an aristocratic system would still be a thing, but its a little hard to say that woman is automatically worse then a man when that same woman just lets say.. murdered 70 men with a flick of there wrist. But at the same time as the prince said. maybe the women in this world just don't practice things like that.

in this situation I'm assuming you she's not counting the ground floor as a level to the building. So it would have ground floor and then 1 floor maximum. if that makes sense

Sorry if it's annoying but I just unconsciously guess what's gonna happen later in the story lol If my guess is right someone is gonna figure out that Fraya is that huge wolf and can change to a human at will. And this will cause a war just like with Gaya to kill her.... Well I guess the bigger reason to kill her would be that she could nuke entire cities by herself at this point but I digress
